How to be a Member?
Steps to avail your Premium Virtual Card:
Step 1:
Fill in all the requested details. The Welcome Kit will be sent to your registered email so make sure that you have entered the right email address.
Step 2:
Hit the submit button and you will be redirected to our secure payment portal, fill in your details at our 3D secure page and complete the payment.
Step 3:
After successful completion of your payment. Our membership team will send you the welcome kit to your registered email ID, along with the payment receipt in two business days.

- Mind Authors Premium Membership card will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Avail unlimited access to all sessions in all our Medical & Engineering virtual conferences as a Listener/Delegate.
- Avail of all benefits as a normal Listener/Delegate including any certification, book of Abstracts, CE’s credits (When provided in any of our conferences).
- Connect and get a live private interaction at our Breakout Rooms virtually with our presenters (one at a time) when you join our live conferences depending on the presenter’s availability and time. To avail, chat with our dedicative membership team during the conference.
- Avail 20% waiver when you attend any of our conferences as a Speaker/Poster presenter, use your card number at the payment checkout page to avail of the benefit.
- Avail 20% waiver up to $100 at our in-person conferences.

Is this a physical plastic card?
No, the card is virtual and will be delivered to your registered email id after your successful purchase.
How many people can use my card?
The card is valid only for one user and is not transferable.
Is there any extra fee to avail any addition conference benefits such as CE'S, CPD, CME or video recordings?
No, you do not need to pay any extra payment for additional benefits. All our members will receive equal benefits as listener/participant including any promised membership benefits.
Can I use the membership card to load money and use for my colleague's registration fee?
No, this is only a membership card and cannot be used to load or pay any registration fee. The card only works as a golden pass to attend all our conferences.
What is the Card Validity?
The card will be valid for one year from the date it is issued.
How many conferences can I attend using the card?
You can attend unlimited conferences for one year organized by Mind Authors, Inc. but as a Listener/Participant.
Can I use the card to be a speaker at the conference?
No, the card will only give the access to attend as a Listener/Participant. However, use the card to save a 20% waiver in the registration fee when you wish to attend as our speaker.
How can I avail my 20% waiver in Speaker's registration fee?
Email us with your card number, PIN, and conference you wish to attend and we will reply to you with a 20% waiver code which you can further use while making the registration.
Can I use the card to pay my utility bills?
No, the card is designed only for the Mind Authors community members and cannot be used elsewhere.
What happens if I lost my Card number or PIN?
Email at members@mindauthors.us with your registered email id and with an email body as “I Forgot my card Details” and one of our membership teams will get in touch with you.
Terms & Conditions
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Mind Author’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Mind Authors, Inc. can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
- Only authorized employees within the company who, in the course of their duties, can access and use information collected from individual customers.
- We are constantly reviewing our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Government authorities have created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate such actions with a view to bringing legal action and/or civil action for damage against those responsible.
Membership Card:
Mind Authors, Inc. Membership cards are valid for the Membership Term as embossed on the membership card, which is one year after the initial purchase date. Membership cards have no cash value and do not guarantee the reservation.
Membership Benefit Conditions:
All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, and may be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
Modifications:
Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify the services of Mind Authors, Inc. by calling the responsible agents of the services.
Content and Copyright Notice:
Mind Authors, Inc. owns all rights, titles, and interest in the Mind Authors, Inc. Site and all content on the Mind Authors, Inc. Site, as well as all other content, created or otherwise owned by Mind Authors, Inc. Mind Authors, Inc. Content is available to Members for their personal and non-commercial use. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the Mind Authors, Inc. Content in any form is prohibited other than the following:
- Members may print or download extracts of the Mind Authors, Inc. Content for personal and non-commercial use only.
- Members may make copies of Mind Authors, Inc. Content for individual third parties for their personal and non-commercial use, but only if Members and such third parties acknowledge that the Mind Authors, Inc. is the source of the material and do not remove or alter any copyright notice in the Mind Authors, Inc. Content.
Members may not, except with Mind Authors, Inc. express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the Mind Authors, Inc. Content nor transmit it or store it in any other website or other forms of the electronic retrieval system.
Confidential Information:
Certain Mind Authors, Inc. Content may be marked “Confidential” or “Proprietary.” In that event, Member agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such content and not disclose or make it available to any third parties.
Cancellation:
As the card works as a digital subscription, cancellation of Membership will not be entertained once after the purchase, and no refund will be issued while the services will remain valid until the validity it was offered.
